Move-In
Move-in is a campus-wide effort to welcome our newest members of the Emory community!
There are two distinct move-in dates in August:
August 19, 2024: Move-in Day 1 (for Pre-Orientation participants only, including the International Student Welcome.)
August 24, 2024: Move-in Day 2 (for all incoming First-Year and Transfer students not participating in a Pre-Orientation program)
Move-in information will populate on the Emory Welcome App on July 15. Topics include:
- Residence Hall specific Move-in instructions and directions
- shipping information
- packing suggestions
- what to expect for students and parents during Move-In and Orientation Week.
