Students and alumni are welcome to attend our open office hours via Zoom or in-person in the B Jones Center (200 Dowman Drive). Check in at the front desk when you arrive. Please email your advisor if you have trouble accessing the building.
Staff office hours will not take place during University Holidays (September 7, November 26-27).

Appointment Scheduling Policies
NS&FP advising is designed to provide consistent support while ensuring that advising appointments remain available to all interested applicants. We therefore ask applicants to select one advisor to work with throughout the pre-nomination application-development process and meet with an NS&FP advisor no more than once every two weeks. Applicants should continue working with the same advisor rather than scheduling appointments with multiple advisors, unless otherwise directed by NS&FP.
The time between appointments is intentional: it gives you an opportunity to reflect on feedback, develop your ideas, and make substantive revisions before your next conversation. If you are selected for institutional nomination, you may be assigned a different advisor for follow-up advising based on the fellowship and the advisor’s areas of specialization. NS&FP may also recommend more frequent appointments at that stage.
