Laura Papotto is responsible for overseeing s the operations and process management for faculty-related transactions in the Office of Faculty.  In particular, she oversees the College temporary faculty request and approval process, the College faculty merit process, and oversite of department operation-related sessions for College chairs and directors.  In addition, Laura oversees College human resources operations and staff initiatives at the strategic level.  She serves as the College Office Human Resources liaison to the Emory University Human Resources Division, and represents the College on the Human Resources Leadership Committee. She is a good resource when seeking assistance with resolving faculty/staff employee relations challenges.
