Graduation / Completion
Dual Degree Completion
- Students who satisfy all of the admissions requirements for the Dual Degree Program and complete all of the requirements for the award of the BSN degree will be eligible to graduate from Emory University.
- Students will receive a BA or BS from Emory College and a BSN from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing.
- Students must apply to graduate from both schools during their final semester of enrollment at Emory University to receive both degrees.
Returning to the College without Dual Degree completion
Any dual degree candidate who does not successfully complete the requirements for the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing (BSN) may be readmitted to Emory College of Arts and Sciences (ECAS) in order to complete the requirements for the BA or BS degree in ECAS. For students returning to ECAS to complete a BA or BS degree, up to 25 credit hours completed in the BSN program may count toward the 127 hours required for graduation.
