Shreyas is a third year student majoring in Chemistry and Religion. He is an Undergraduate Fellow at the Emory Global Diabetes Research Center where his research focuses on beta cell imaging in patients with type 2 diabetes. He is also a student researcher in the Raj Lab. Outside of academics and research, Shreyas is a competitive debater for the Barkley Forum, Emory’s nationally-ranked debate team. He plans to pursue an MD-PhD degree in the future. He applied for the Goldwater award in the 2021-2022 cycle.
