Tamecka is a senior majoring in Chemistry and French. She is an undergraduate researcher and member of the Wuest Lab at Emory University.
Her work in this lab focuses on synthesizing analogs of a compound that is predicted to inhibit the dysregulated function of proteins that can cause inborn errors of immunity. Looking forward, she aims to pursue a PhD. Tamecka has experience applying to the Goldwater scholarship as well as to the Fulbright scholarship.
