Ansley Langham Peer Ambassador, National Scholarships & Fellowships Program

 

Biography

Ansley Langham is a Mathematics & Political Science joint major and an Italian Studies major from Stockton, California.

At Emory, she is a Robert W. Woodruff Scholar, serves as the Editor-In-Chief of the Emory Political Review, and leads the Emory Libraries Student Ambassadors. Ansley works primarily on mathematical models of economic and political institutions, with a substantive research focus on data privacy and social choice theory, topics she has explored as an undergraduate research fellow in Emory’s Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) and in her forthcoming Honors Thesis. She hopes to pursue a PhD in Political Economy in the future. Ansley was a 2023 Humanity in Action Fellow and applied to the Truman Scholarship.
