OUE Services - Spring 2022 Update

The Office for Undergraduate Education will offer all services remotely during the period of remote learning (January 4-30, 2022).  

Virtual Reception Desk

Our Virtual Reception Desk (including drop-in advising) will be available January 4-7 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. 

Please note that you may have to spend some time in our virtual waiting room during peak demand hours.

OUE will begin the Spring 2022 semester offering remote support to students during our remote learning period (Jan 4-28). Our services will revert to a mix of in-person and remote options when we return to in-person instruction on January 31.

OUE staff will be available to answer calls (404-727-6069) and emails (, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
