You've seen you favorite athletes compete in the Olympics - now it's your turn to compete in one of the biggest competitions on Emory's campus (with BIG CASH prizes to match- up to $350), the Dooley Debates! Open to first-year students, participants will choose their side and make their case in a 4 minute speech on the topic of "The United States should guarantee access to a post-secondary education fro all of its citizens."

If you are a pre-health Junior or Senior, and you have never attended a Group Pre-Health Holistic Review (PHHR), you will need to attend a Mandatory Group Check-Up during the month of September.

Group Mandatory Check-Up meetings are capped at 6 students, so please make sure to sign up ASAP to reserve your spot. Juniors and Seniors who do not attend their Group Mandatory Check-Up in September may not be eligible for future PHMO programs/services. Please sign-up for a session in ASST. Click Events, search for PHMO under "keywords", and register for a Mandatory Group Check-Up time that works for you during the month of September.

The Intersections Retreat is an intense, thought-provoking weekend that aims to develop participants' capacity for cultural humility, leadership, & collaboration by identifying tools to develop inclusive environments and considering the impact of the intersection of identities.
