College Human Resources works with departments and programs on all matters related to staff and faculty human resources management. The office oversees all College Human Resources operations and processes including hires, salaries, staff performance management, completing transactions necessary to fulfill all the College personnel commitments, reviewing Time and Attendance records, and supporting departments in their staffing needs and procedures. College HR supports all College supervisors and employees by providing information and advice regarding hiring, separations, orientation, salary and benefits, employee relations, leaves of absence, and training and professional development. It also functions as a clearing house for information and operations at the College-level.
