Submit events

Please use the College's event submission form, unless directed otherwise. You will need to login with your Emory netID and password. Please use the contact form for questions about event approval.

College Calendar Vs. University Calendar

The College calendar is intended for events that are sponsored by College departments, programs and centers. If your events fall outside this scope, please click here to submit your event to Emory University's Calendar.

Events submitted on the College Calendar or any of the Department Calendars will automatically appear on the University Calendar.

Choosing your event type

The event type you choose should directly communicate the nature of the event. For example, if you event is a conference, select the Conference Event type. The Academic Event type is reserved for such events as Exam Periods, Registrations, Orientation and Class Schedules.

Arts at Emory & Art Department Calendars

All Emory Art Departments already have their event calendars created. If you are not currently integrating your event calendar on your website and would like to do so, please use the contact form to let us know.
