Who We Are
Laura Papotto is Senior Director of College HR & Operations and is responsible for overseeing all College HR operations and staff-related strategic initiatives; she serves as the College Office Human Resources liaison to the Emory University Human Resources Division, and represents the College on the Human Resources Leadership Committee.
Joel Tingle is Human Resources Manager and manages the day-to-day operations pertaining to staff salaries, performance appraisals, leaves of absence, and monthly maintenance of employee records and information. He also processes all College faculty salary and leave commitments.
Denese Jester is Human Resources Associate, and is the College KRONOS timekeeper, handles job requisitions and is the e-recruit specialist; she also processes requests for data and distribution changes on College employee assignment records, and is the point of contact for OPUS student hire questions.
Alethia Snipes is the Program Administrative Assistant to the office, and supports College HR and Operations in event planning. She manages the logistics for one-time events as well as various ongoing operations meetings such as the Chairs/Directors meetings, Department Operations meetings and so on.
